DESCRIPTION:CORSO FAD sincrona\nPiattaforma ZOOM \nDocente: Prof.ssa Costanza Colombi\nPhD. Ricercatore Dirigente\, IRCCS Stella Maris – Adjunt Assistant Professor\, University of Michigan\, Ann Arbor\, MI\, USA. \n  \nL’ADOS 2 è lo strumento gold standard a livello internazionale da utilizzare all’interno di una valutazione diagnostica estesa per identificare una diagnosi di Disturbo dello Spettro Autistico. Lo strumento è stato sviluppato dalla Professoressa Catherine Lord\, una delle figure più autorevoli nel campo dell’autismo. Lo strumento è utile per il clinico e per il ricercatore che deve confermare la diagnosi con uno strumento validati ai fini di pubblicazioni. Lo strumento include 5 moduli da utilizzare in base a una combinazione di criteri che includono l’età cronologica\, l’età di sviluppo non verbale e il livello di linguaggio. L’ADOS-2 può essere somministrato a partire dai 12 mesi di età fino all’età adulta. \nL’utilizzo dell’ADOS 2 è regolato dalla normative italiane riguardanti la somministrazione dei test psicometrici. Il corso è aperto a tutte le figure professionali interessate a conoscere lo strumento. Per quanto riguarda la somministrazione e la interpretazione dell’ADOS 2 all’interno di una valutazione diagnostica complessa e approfondita si fa riferimento alle normative italiane che regolano le professioni sanitarie e che possono formulare diagnosi. \nIl corso Introduttivo fornisce i principi di base sullo sviluppo\, utilizzo e proprietà psicometriche dello strumento. La docente\, Costanza Colombi\, è un formatore certificato per lo strumento. Si è formata come Trainer presso la University of Michigan con il gruppo della Professoressa Catherine Lord\, il principale autore dell’ADOS 2. SUMMARY:Movement Disorder Childhood Rating Scale - Revised (MD-CRS-R) course: a standardized rating scale for the clinical assessment and research of movement disorders in developmental age. ENGLISH ONLINE VERSION - ONLY FOR FOREIGNERS
DESCRIPTION:Course description: This course offers comprehensive training in the knowledge and practical use of the Movement Disorder–Childhood Rating Scale Revised (MD-CRS R)\, covering its development history and background\, psychometric properties\, clinical application\, and administration and scoring of both versions of the scale (0–3 years and 4–18 years). The course opens with an overview of movement disorders in pediatric age and their assessment and treatment from a medical\, neuropsychomotor\, and physiatric perspective. Each participant will receive a kit of standardized materials along with an administration and scoring manual for both scales. Upon successful completion of the final assessment\, participants will receive an official certification. \nThe course includes a pre-recorded theoretical module\, which participants can complete independently on the morning of Friday\, May 29 (further instructions and access details will be provided at a later date). The afternoon session and Saturday morning are dedicated to a live online practical session focused on video-based scoring and certification assessment. \nAbout the tool: The Movement Disorder–Childhood Rating Scale Revised (MD-CRS R) is a standardized and validated assessment scale for movement disorders in developmental age. Originally developed in 2008 and more recently revised by the research group dedicated to movement disorders in developmental age at the IRCCS Fondazione Stella Maris — coordinated by Prof. Roberta Battini — it is the first scale in the literature created specifically for children. It allows clinicians to assess both the severity of the movement disorder and its impact on overall motor functioning and activities of daily living.
